  The staff here is not knowledgeable. Go to a corporate Sprint location just down the road instead. The representatives I encountered in this store we're more concerned with their activation quotas than with finding the right solution for me and my family. That said, the corporate store down the road (just call and ask "is this a corporate location?") was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. Save yourself the trouble, avoid this location. Go to any other Sprint location if you would like proper customer service and representatives who can intelligently answer your questions.
